Dear author or comic artist, thank you for looking at my letter! I requested both comics and fic for every fandom. I'm also Soulstoned on ao3. Anon comments are enabled if you want to ask questions. Answering questions about things I like is fun for me, so don't worry at all about bothering me.

If you choose to write two shorter fics or create two shorter comics, I'm completely fine with both being different takes on the same like or prompt. I am someone who will read something and immediately check the tag to read every single fic for the same trope and pairing and still want more. I don't get bored of things I like. On the same token, if you are going through old letters and see a prompt you like but someone has written it for me before, that's totally fine. I want your version too!

Most of my likes can totally function as prompts on their own. Don't feel like you have to include everything. Focusing on one thing can make for a great story!

Likes:

● All the nasty details. Whether it's an injury, an illness, something pregnancy related, sex, etc. Don't be afraid to make it gross. My one exception is please no poop or vomit in a sexy context (in an illness or infant-care related context it's fine.) It's also completely fine to gloss over things if it's easier for you or you don't want to squick yourself, just don't feel like you need to hold back for my benefit because I like the gross stuff.

● Love. Let the couples I requested be gross in a completely different way, maybe even despite themselves. Give me a heart-boner.

● I really like newly established couples still figuring things out together and friends-to-lovers.

● World building. Telling me something is happening is great, but telling me why it's happening is even better.

● For any pregnancy related fic, I would absolutely love it if any fic that includes the birth also includes a bit about the immediate post-partum period. I love reading about the physical recovery and adapting to life with a baby.

● Humor, not like crackfic, but in that a lot of the things I like are pretty ridiculous and it's totally fine if the characters notice this as well. Having a sense of humor (however dark) about what happens is a big plus.

● Marriage, especially the in-universe equivalent of "woke up married in Vegas" or marriage that seems quick and poorly thought through from the outside but that the characters 100% believe is a great idea. (Things like getting married very early in the relationship, or while young, or while visibly pregnant)

● AU that adds to the canon universe without really changing the setting. Things like omegaverse and soulmate AU, or adding a little magic to the background of an otherwise mundane canon. I don't like it when huge things are changed, like a soulmate AU where the characters met in a completely different way if the way they met in canon is an important part of their plot, or an omegaverse world where the character you have made an omega is fighting against oppression now, or suddenly everyone's a wizard, but smaller things weaved into the canon universe are a lot of fun.

● For omegaverse fics, beta/omega or omega/omega pairings. (For more detail on what I like in omegaverse, see my Heat Fic Summer letter: https://soulstoned.dreamwidth.org/3426.html)

● Mpreg (for more detail on what I like in mpreg, see my Unusual Bearings letter: https://soulstoned.dreamwidth.org/3318.html)

● Any of the big relationship milestones or "firsts" like admission of feelings, first kiss, first date, first time spending the night together, first time saying "I love you," first time having sex, first time topping/bottoming, first time trying a specific kink, moving in together, proposal, getting married, starting a family (not necessarily in that order)

● Hurt/comfort, especially if the hurt is physical.

● Characters being stranded together.

● Fics centering around a character injury, like rescuing or taking care of the hurt character through their recovery. I don't really have a limit for how hurt the character can be, anything from something barely worse than a booboo to a severe injury the character won't fully recover from (like amputation or loss of an eye, or a spinal injury) is good. The only thing I don't really like is a permanent memory or personality altering head injury.

● Sickfic, even serious long term illness as long as recovery from the illness seems likely by the end of the fic. No hopeless endings. Minor illness is also fine, of course.

● Characters travelling together.

● I never really stop wanting anything, so I tagged each of my old letters with the pairings I requested in them, that way if you want to pick from my old prompts you can find them.


Smut Likes:

● Loving, sappy porn

● First time.

● Inexperience, learning what they like together (Doesn't really apply to Sheith, where I prefer that both have some experience, but they still might have something to teach each other!)

● Switching, or less common top/bottom configurations

● Face to face sex.

● Kissing and hand holding during sex

● Having fun and joking around during sex

● Size kink (but without drastically exaggerating canon size differences.) Especially if the character who is bottoming is a bit more confident than they really should be.

● Pregnant sex with belly kink.

● Risk of pregnancy if your worldbuilding allows for it, but not specifically kinking on that risk. More like getting so into it they don't care, or don't think about it until after the fact.

● Non-penetrative sex (such as frottage, handjobs, intercrural)

● Any standard "vanilla" sex act (oral, anal, non-acrobatic positions, etc)

● Sex acts other than anal being considered "real sex."

● Fingering as the main event, not just as foreplay.

● Drunken or otherwise ill-advised hookups that turn into more. (maybe they spent a heat together without talking about it first, maybe they fell into a FWB situation while pining, whatever it is, it works out)

● Sex toys. Something like size kink leading to large sex toys or use of a sex toy during sex for double penetration, use of a sex toy on webcam for a long distance relationship, knotting sex toys to make up for the fact that the relationship is omega/omega or omega/beta if writing omegaverse. You also can't really go wrong with sex toys under clothes.

● I'm really not picky about kinks as long as they don't involve humiliation/name calling or daddy kink. I'm not really big on any sort of D/s. Other than that, go wild. Mostly for these ships I just want everyone to be having fun, it's totally fine if that fun takes them in a kinky or "weird" direction.

Comic likes:

● Art drawn in your own style or a style similar to the show/game.

● Characters having fun

● Expressive faces and body language

● Any rating from G to porn

● Art that looks like it comes from an in-universe publication like a newspaper or tabloid

● For romantic or smutty art, I really like neck and thigh kisses.

● For pregnancy related art, I like belly. Touch the belly.

● My plot likes/prompts are the same as for fic.


DNW:

● Trans headcanons if writing smut or mpreg (fine if not writing smut or mpreg)

● Asexual headcanons

● Unrequested non-canon het. I also don't want any het couple that broke up over the course of canon events. Endgame het, M/M, and F/F ships only please. I also don't want requested characters in het ships in backstory unless canon. (non-canon same sex exes are fine, as long as they are broken up before the start of the fic)

● Setting or species change AU.

● Breakups or infidelity. (If a requested character is in an endgame canon relationship, break them up before the start of the fic or write a canon divergence where they were never together.)

● PIV sex.

● Ageplay, daddy kink, mommy kink

● Using animal terms to refer to a pregnancy or baby (pup, kit, litter, etc.) Joking about having a litter once or twice as a response to having multiples is fine, just don't make "litter" the normal term for any pregnancy.

● Excessive feminization of male characters. Please don't make male characters significantly more feminine than they are in canon. By this I'm mostly trying to avoid things like the phenomenon in Voltron fandom where Keith is often drawn looking and dressing like a twelve year old girl, or the common thing in omegaverse fics where omega men casually wear dresses as an expected thing and get called mom without punching anyone in the face. If it isn't that extreme, it's probably fine. Crossdressing is fine as long as the fic acknowledges that crossdressing is what's happening. Like if it's a kink thing, or an undercover thing, or a drag show thing, or lost a bet thing, or an "I don't care if this came from the women's department because I like it" thing. Just not as an "of course omega men wear dresses" thing.

● Permanent major character death. Killing villains and OCs is fine, mentioning or even focusing on canon character death is fine. I just don't want any new deaths. I also don't want any child deaths for children related to requested characters including OC children.

● Completely hopeless endings

Avatar: Legend of Korra

Mako/Wu
I'm not super familiar with comics canon, you can include it if you want to, but I don't expect you to.

● Slowburn, Wu goes away for a while to do the work needed to abdicate the throne and Mako realizes just how much he has grown on him and is appalled to realize that he actually misses him.

● Wu has some kind of arranged marriage deal and it's almost time for it to happen. My preference for his betrothed is that she is a nice enough girl, but Wu has just realized he is very gay. If she is an actual character in the fic and not just a concept, it would be great if she wasn't really into the whole arranged marriage thing either. Maybe she has a girlfriend? The only way to get out of it is to already be married. Mako volunteers (or gets roped into it)

● The opening of the third spirit portal changes the balance of things in ways that aren't immediately obvious, like introducing omegaverse into the world. The world tries to adjust to the sudden onset of heats, ruts, and the first male pregnancies with nobody really knowing what is going on or why. Omegaverse in a world where it's new to everyone and none of the stereotypes are really set in place yet, the basic designations may not even have names.

● Another slowburn, coming to terms with feelings on sexuality, secret relationship becoming public. I like gay Wu and bi Mako, but I'm not super firm on that as long at they are both one or the other. For this prompt/fandom specifically, I'm fine with one or both trying to sleep with a woman as long as it fades to black before penetration and doesn't end in like, m/m/f poly or a long term relationship before coming out and getting together.

Voltron: Legendary Defender

Shiro/Keith
I'm fine with canon divergence from any point after Shiro's resurrection, or with fully canon compliant fic that takes place after Shiro's divorce. If you do go the "Shiro was married before" route, I don't want them to have stopped being friends or for Keith to have been pining miserably and virginally the whole time. They were still best friends and Keith probably got laid at some point and may have even had a significant relationship that is also now over.

● Post-canon space roadtrip

● Galra/human biology and cultural differences. Keith learning more about his galra side and what it means for him and his relationship with Shiro. Some ideas might be that galra have a/b/o and humans don't, or galra have soulmates and humans don't. Maybe Shiro has to do some sort of courting ritual that they both consider fully ridiculous. I have a weird pet peeve for hair styles as an important part of galra culture. Most of them are bald, I don't get it, and it distracts me. I also don't want Keith to turn purple unless it is temporary.

● Shiro and Keith are exploring when they land on a planet that had previously not been contacted and end up imprisoned in an area 51-esque facility.

● Stuck in a time loop, either just the two of them or with all of the paladins. They do increasingly risky things under the belief that there will be no consequences. The time loop ends when they wake up married in Vegas (or space-vegas)

World of Warcraft

Asric/Jadaar
These dudes are idiots and I love that about them.

● They join Budd's crew

● They get recruited to fight for their respective factions and quickly decide "Well fuck this" and go AWOL together.

● Over time they meet up in various taverns and at various events just to bicker at each other, increasingly affectionately, until eventually they bone.

● Their perspective on any major lore event to have happened between their introduction and now. Just two normal-ish NPCs and their thoughts on like, the cataclysm, or the discovery of Pandaria, or the war between the Alliance and the Horde.

● They get a little bit too drunk in one of their taverns, wake up in bed together, or married, or signed up to fight the legion.

● I've only requested this ship once before (in the battleship exchange), but I'm also open to any of my prompts for that.


Yuri!!! On Ice

Otabek Altin/Yuri Plisetsky
I don't care if you age them up or not, just please don't make a big deal over waiting for Yuri to turn 18. He can be 18 (or older) coincidentally because that's just when the fic happens to take place, but no birthday countdowns or "when you're older we can get together" or anything like that please.

● Injury recovery fic. One of them gets hurt at a competition or at practice and has to sit out the rest of the season and deal with the disappointment and frustration that comes with that.

● Along the same lines, an injury off the ice. Maybe a car or motorcycle accident (The guilt if the one driving wasn't the one more hurt could be great) or just a stupid thing like tripping and falling down a set of stairs.

● Long distance relationship, skype, texting, phone calls, letters, media speculation when they're seen together. Maybe they work out a way toward the end to spend more time physically together.

● One or both retires and has to figure out what to do next. I feel like this would be especially hard for Yuri.

● The world is just slightly magical. Nothing either of them have any control over or even much knowledge about, but that doesn't stop it from affecting them. It might be a semi-natural phenomenon like a magical hot spring or pollen from a special flower, or it might be something more direct like a curse or blessing put on one or both of them by a fan. It might result in something like a time loop (maybe ending in confession?) mpreg, temporary body swap, sex pollen, effects similar to truth serum, etc. Maybe normally very quiet and stoic Otabek suddenly can't stop talking no matter how hard he tries.

● In-universe RPF. Maybe one of them finds and reads it, then gets the wild idea to start writing some as a joke and it gets out of hand. The weirder the better, imagine that figure skating RPF in-universe is like the hockey RPF in our universe.

● Woke up married after a wild night. I would especially like it if they are still super young and decide to stick with it anyway.

Dear author, Thanks for checking out my letter! Aside from the DNWs, everything here is 100% optional, this just seemed like as good a chance as any to share some of my preferences and headcanons about my weird thing. This letter might get long and I'm sorry.

Even when I express preferences, you should know that as long as my ships are involved I will read and enjoy pretty much any variation on these tropes (and many more but I could only request so many tags.) Anything in this letter is just my favorite way of dealing with things and ideas I have. If you have different preferences or ideas, go for it. I'm sure I'll love your version too. I've already read every single mpreg or fpreg fic available for my ships, so I'll just be thrilled to have another one.

This is the one exchange where I can share all of this without potential authors just backing away slowly.

Likes

• Incorporating pregnancy into the worldbuilding somehow.

• Switching, letting the pregnant person top.

• Pregnancy that comes as a huge surprise, especially if they had no idea it was a thing that was even possible.

• Smut incorporating any combination of body worship, difficulty positioning, belly loving, Fisting (whether they think it will help with the birth or they just like it), and just fluffy, lovey heart eyes. Kissing during sex.

• Established but still pretty new relationships, pregnancy coming at an inconvenient time, but making it work anyway.

• Happy endings. Make the beginning and middle as rocky as you want, but at the end I want two happy parents and a healthy baby (whether that baby is in or out of the womb is up to you)

• All the gross details. I promise, where pregnancy and birth is concerned you couldn't squick me if you tried.

• Belly. Rub the belly, touch the belly, talk to the belly, kiss the belly. All bellies welcome, from the still flat but wow there's a baby in there belly, to the overdue with twins belly. There are no bad bellies. I cannot stress this enough: belly good.

• For mpreg, pregnancy that is unusual in-universe. Coming up with ways to tell friends and family, feeling weird about it at first (not emasculated, just kind of mind blown that this is really a thing that is happening to them) coming around to being happy about it at some point before or even immediately after birth.

• Babies. If you want to continue the fic past birth and into adjusting to life with a newborn and physically recovering from the birth, I'm all for that. Babies are great.

• Humor. Not like crackfic, but this is an inherently pretty ridiculous situation, so it's fine to lean into that and embrace it.

• Love, fluff, feelings. Quiet domesticity in the midst of whatever is going on in the world.

• Parents continuing their career while pregnant or parenting (or planning to continue it after they recover if they're having complications)

• Post-canon fic.


DNW

• Men with vaginas. (I'm totally fine with a guy leaving his pants on through the entire fic and then having a surgical or glossed over birth if you are grossed out by the concept of assbabies.) Women with penises (alien genitals or a shapeshifted phallic appendage is fine.)

• Abortion (past abortion or considering abortion is fine). Also anti-abortion rhetoric.

• Miscarriage as the only pregnancy in the fic. Miscarrying then carrying another baby to term is fine. Vanishing twin is fine.

• Major character death (mentions of canon character death is fine)

• Sexuality other than Gay/lesbian or bi for requested characters.

• Unrequested non-canon het. Mentions of past canon het relationships for requested characters are fine as long as they have ended before the start of the fic. For background ships, please write m/m, f/f, or endgame canon het.

• Break ups, infidelity, or suspicion of infidelity.

• Excessive feminization of male characters. Please don't make male characters significantly more feminine than they are in canon. By this I mean if you want to have Yuri P in leopard print leggings and some make-up, go for it, but the same outfit would be really out of place for any of the other male characters I requested. Frustration over having to shop in the women's department for maternity clothes is fine, but emphasis on choosing the frilliest pink maternity dress is not something I would want. Some mentions of breast growth with pregnancy is fine, a major focus on how the character now has boobs and is just dying to show them off is not. As long as it doesn't read like a het fic with the pronouns swapped, it's fine. I just don't want it to seem like you have forgotten that pregnant men are still men.

• Using animal terms to refer to a pregnancy or baby (pup, kit, litter, etc.) Joking about having a litter once or twice as a response to having multiples is fine, just don't make "litter" the normal term for any pregnancy.

• Ageplay, daddy kink, mommy kink.

• Pregnant with more than two babies.

• Sad or hopeless endings.

• Species change AU, or total setting change AU. Working things like a little bit of magic into the canon setting is fine.

Potential causes of pregnancy

Omegaverse
This is going to be a long section because omegaverse is a collection of tropes that vary a lot from fic to fic. Some of those tropes I like and some I don't. I mostly have this in mind for LoK, with it as a brand new thing that happened with the opening of the third spirit portal that people are still getting used to, with aspects of it still taking them by surprise, or for YoI as a thin excuse to make mpreg happen. For Voltron, I strongly prefer going with one of the other options, but if your alien biology is based on omegaverse, that's fine too. I just don't really want it to be a normal thing affecting all people because there are so many other options you can play with in that world.

Things I like:
• Heats and ruts (I prefer the turbo-horny but still able to think clearly version over the mindless fuck-machine version)

• Omega/Omega or Beta/Omega pairings

• Mpreg (obviously, or this letter wouldn't exist)

• Fisting as a substitute for a knot for a character who doesn't have one.

• Anal sex with no prep necessary

• Omega or beta partner struggling to keep up with their partner's heat.

Things I don't like:
• Animalistic behavior. Things like snuffling and chirping, and thinking of other people as "packmates." The more human their behavior and world view is the better.

• Societal oppression of omegas (or betas or alphas) especially if done in ways that are clearly just sexism with the serial numbers filed off.

• Omegas as biologically automatically more nurturing or subservient to alphas. Alphas having an "alpha voice" that they can use to control others.

• Use of animal terms for a baby or pregnancy, like pup, kit, litter.

If I didn't mention it specifically, I probably feel very neutral about it. (Scent, biting, pair bonding, and nesting fit here. There are probably also things I'm not thinking of)

I tend to headcanon omega males and alpha females as capable of both getting pregnant and impregnating others, while not being quite as good at either one. Betas are just regular people, alpha males have a higher sperm count and can more easily keep up with an omega's heat, and omega females have very easy pregnancies and higher odds of having multiples (not super high, and more than three is still very rare)

I really prefer when you wouldn't know who is an alpha, beta, or omega unless they told you. It's the sort of thing you know about your family and close friends, but not just any guy you see on the street. It is commonly listed on dating sites and usually comes up very early in a relationship, but it isn't something most people really define themselves by.

Omegas and betas are indistinguishable externally, and alphas aren't super obvious outside of rut or dealing with a partner's heat. There are tests for it, but most people don't know what they are until puberty.

You don't have to go with that version of omegaverse, but it is my favorite.

Magic

For Avatar this might be something like changes introduced to the world through the opening of the third spirit portal.

For Voltron this might be space magic such as Altean alchemy, alien plant life having fertility enhancing effects, alien fertility rituals, exposure to a quintessence surge, or anything else you can think of. The canon universe leaves a lot of space to work with here so you can do pretty much whatever you want.

For YoI, I'd rather magic not be a huge world-changing thing. More like a difficult to define in universe concept that the characters don't have much control over or knowledge about. Something like having sex in a magical hot spring, or a curse/blessing put on them by a fan might work.

Alien Biology
I only have Voltron in mind for this, since it is my only requested fandom with canon aliens and three out of my four requested characters are at least half-alien.

Maybe galra men can get pregnant, and Keith doesn't know, or doesn't realize that includes him since he looks so human. Maybe galra are also capable of impregnating literally anyone, leading to Keith accidentally impregnating Shiro.

For Alteans, maybe Altean women are typically the ones who do the impregnating, or maybe Romelle is just a very good shapeshifter, to the point where her gametes shape-shifted as well.

For either, maybe it's a bonding thing. Once a couple's bond is strong enough they are able to make a baby regardless of their sex.

Body Modification
I have Shiro in mind for this. He isn't in his original body and he was canonically experimented on by a magical mad scientist alien. Honestly it would be more shocking if he couldn't get pregnant.

Hidden internal changes that he isn't aware of until after he is already pregnant would be fantastic, especially if it takes him a while to figure it out since he has no reason to suspect that pregnancy would even be a possibility.

Blessing from a spirit
I had Avatar in mind for this, but it could work for any of my requested fandoms.

They might intentionally go to the spirit looking for help starting their family, or maybe they have sex in a sacred area and the spirit sees them and thinks "ooh! I know what sex means, sex means they want a baby!"

Maybe they got surprised by a spirit leading to their first baby and reacted poorly in the moment, so when they go back a few years later wanting a second kid the spirit is like "Oh, now you want babies? Fine, I'll give you babies, and either gives them twins or impregnates both of them.

It just happens sometimes
For when you don't want to explain it. For this, I prefer for it to be a rare but not unheard of thing. The couple is still surprised by it, but not as immediately freaked out as they might be in the situations where it is unheard of in-universe.

Birth

Vaginal Birth
Female characters only. This is just where babies usually come from, so there isn't much need to go further into it. I'm fine with any level of "ease" here. Anything from out on the first push to hours of labor and pushing and bad tearing. I'm also fine with a planned vaginal birth turning into an emergency C-section. I just want a living baby and parents at the end of it.

Ass Birth
Honestly, just treat it like a vaginal birth if this is what you decide to go with, unless you have ideas for how it could go differently. I can suspend disbelief just fine in this regard. The booterus is a gift and I'm not going to question it's power.

I'm fine with things going smoothly or badly, as long as the baby and parents are still alive at the end of the fic. Don't be afraid of grossing me out, I'm not sure if it can be done. I'm fine with any level of ease, from out on the first push after a short labor, to long hours of labor and pushing followed by tearing and a long recovery.

Maybe a guy who has been planning a surgical birth is stuck outside of a hospital and has to have the baby naturally, and well, this is the only exit. I'm fine with ass birth being the normal and expected way for a pregnant man to do things, and also for pregnant men to be practically unheard of so there is no standard practice in place.

I'm also fine with a planned ass birth turning into an emergency C-section.

Surgical Birth
This might be planned from the start, or it could be an emergency.

Maybe it is a situation where men can't normally get pregnant, therefore nobody is sure if they will be able to give birth safely or not (or are positive they cannot.)

If male pregnancy is normal in universe for the species, I would prefer for the fic to say why this man has to have a c-section (even "he wants to" is a good enough reason) because I have a tough time suspending disbelief that a species where the men can get pregnant but not give birth naturally would survive long enough to invent the c-section.

If it is abnormal in universe, or the character has already been having complications, there is no need to explain.

I would also enjoy a fic where the pregnant character needs a surgical birth and can't get to the hospital for some reason so their partner or someone else close to them is forced to cut the baby out to have any chance at saving either of them, as long as both survive (it can look they aren't going to, as long as they do ultimately pull through) I like that scenario a lot more for my Voltron and Avatar ships than for my YoI ship, but I'm really not hard to convince.

Intentionally Vague Birth
This might mean setting the fic entirely in the earlier part of the pregnancy, or skipping straight from first contraction to baby snuggles, or it could mean having someone in the waiting room as the point of view character. If you don't want to get into it, you don't have to!



Avatar Legend of Korra

Mako/Prince Wu (pregnant Mako)
I'm not familiar with the comics canon, so if you want to include any storylines pulled from there, please make sure it can be understood by someone who hasn't read the comics.

Belly Rubs
I’m here for any attention you want to have them give the belly. The belly is good. Rubbing in lotion, or a gentle belly massage, or feeling for the baby. All very good options.

Character thought they couldn't get pregnant (rules of the universe)
Maybe the third spirit portal opening introduced omegaverse into the world, and Mako happens to be one of the first guys to get pregnant before anyone even really understands what’s going on. Maybe it was a “blessing” from a spirit with no regard for the usual limits of human biology.

Character undecided about staying pregnant has miscarriage scare and just wants baby to be okay
Mako never saw himself getting pregnant, and this is really bad timing, but when he has a miscarriage scare while still undecided, he makes his mind up really quick.

complicated feelings about pregnant body
This wasn’t supposed to happen. He’s happy about the baby, but wow this looks weird.

Everyone assumes partner is the pregnant one
Wu is the bottom, right?

Feeling the baby kick
Feeling the baby kick is exciting. Maybe a little less exciting for Mako once he or she gets up in his ribs, or dances on his bladder, or decides to throw a party when he’s trying to sleep.

Gross/unpleasant but normal pregnancy side effects
I mean, let's face it, pregnancy can get pretty gross.

Just starting to show
That tiny little barely starting to show baby bump is adorable. Sometimes this is the point where it really starts to sink in.

Man discovers pregnancy late because he had no reason to suspect he could get pregnant

Dear author or artist, thank you for checking out my letter. I am requesting both art and fic for all pairings and I'm going to split my likes into a few themed lists so it will be easy to skip a section if it is a squick for you. I like a pretty big variety of things, so don't be afraid to branch out beyond my likes and prompts as long as you don't hit a DNW. I only use this dreamwidth for exchange letters, so if you want more ideas beyond my prompts in this letter, feel free to look for the same pairings in older letters, or adapt a prompt from a different pairing to the one you want to write. I have a general preference for Mpreg and Fpreg that is built into the worldbuilding somehow instead of going AU, but if you have to go a little AU to make it work that is totally fine. If you do go A/B/O, I don't like the wolf pack stuff. I really only like it as a convenient excuse for mpreg, fpreg, and heat sex.

● Characters having to adjust to parenthood on the fly with no clue what they are doing (but trying their best!)

● Pregnancy coming at an inconvenient time, like in a brand new relationship or while in deep space on a mission.

If you have to give them a bonus hole to be able to wrap your head around it and not squick yourself, that's fine. It’s also fine to just completely gloss over it and not get specific, or in cases where the character was not expected to be able to get pregnant in the first place, just have them plan for a C-section. In cases where mpreg is normal for their species, I would like a little line about why this specific character has to have a surgical birth, otherwise I start wondering how the species survived long enough to invent the C-section if all men of the species can get pregnant but not give birth naturally.

I love this ship as sort of an opposites attract type deal. From the outside it doesn't look like it should work, but it does. I prefer to ignore the comics canon, as I have only read the first couple of them, but if there is something in there you feel is worth including, then feel free. I do know that the comics established that there is homophobia in the Avatar world. I'm fine with including it or ignoring it, but I would rather it not be the whole focus of the fic. Having it be an extra consideration before starting their relationship or going public with it is fine, I just don't want it to be the entire focus.

Fic prompts:

- Wu has some sort of arranged marriage type agreement from back when he still lived in Ba Sing Se. With the deadline approaching he is desperate for any way to get out of it. He realizes that the only way around it is if he breaks the contract by marrying someone else first. Established (but still new) relationship, or mutual pining would be best. I have a lot of more specific marriage prompts in my just married letter.

- The war in the Earth Kingdom and Republic City decimated the human population and created an imbalance between the four elements. A "helpful" spirit with no regard for human biology decides to fix this resulting in mpreg, (for either of them, but it would be especially funny if it was Mako.)

- During the course of doing his usual job, Mako finds a very small abandoned child and is told to take the kid to the orphanage. He takes them home instead. I have a toddler in mind, but a baby or older kid would also be good! I have a lot of more specific adoption prompts in my kidfic letter.

- Mako gets hurt in the line of duty and Wu has to take care of him. Probably with Mako stubbornly insisting he is fine, and Wu really not liking the sight of blood but determined to help anyway. You could also set this in the short time skip between Mako being injured while blowing up the vine weapon, and the Varrick and Zhu Li's wedding.

- Mako's grandma's reaction to their relationship. I think she would be overjoyed to officially welcome Wu into the family, in universe stigma or no.

- Some sort of plant spirit makes sex pollen. You'll never believe who gets exposed.

- Their relationship's awkward beginning, because it would be super awkward.

- Double date with Korra and Asami, or triple date with Korra/Asami, and Bolin/Opal.

- Their first time having sex.

- Self-discovery.

If any prompt hints at a specific approach, I'm completely fine with changing it to match your preference. I'm also completely fine with canon divergence from an earlier point.

Background ships are welcome and appreciated. I especially like Acxa/Veronica, Allura/Pidge, Allura/Lance, Zethrid/Ezor, Coran/Kolivan, and Hunk/Kinkade. My completely baseless crack ship is Curtis/James, with Curtis as Shiro's ex and James as Keith's ex. Any M/M or F/F ship or canon ship that doesn't conflict with Sheith or Kromelle is good.

Krolia/Romelle

We didn't see a whole lot of them interacting in canon, so that leaves pretty much free reign to write them however you want. I like the idea of Romelle being the one to pursue Krolia, with Krolia being amused by it at first but eventually Romelle starts to grow on her.

- Keith finding out about their relationship.

- Smut. These aliens are hot and should bang. I have simple tastes. Romelle can probably shape shift and that sure is neat.

Keith/Shiro

I would like anything from a canon divergence fic where they got together during the events of the series, to a post-canon fic where Shiro is recently divorced. If you go the route where Shiro was married, I don't want them to have lost touch, and I don't want Keith to have been virginally pining away. I want them to have remained friends, and for Keith to have some relationship experience, or at least hookup experience. I also don't want Shiro's divorce to have anything to do with Keith, as that gets too close to my infidelity squick.

Fic Prompts:

- Any variation on getting together, first kiss, etc.

- First time having sex, or trying something new during sex. (I have no top/bottom preference)

- Getting stuck in a time loop together and doing increasingly risky or ridiculous things knowing there won't be any consequences, only for the time loop to end when they wake up married in vegas or space vegas.

- Threesome with a Shiro clone/Foursome with two Shiro clones who are dating each other. Bonus points for Shiro/Shiro content and not just a Keith sandwich (although a Keith sandwich would still be fantastic, let the boy live his dream)

- Keith having strange alien biology or anatomy that he has to explain to Shiro before they get intimate for the first time.

- One taking care of the other after a serious injury. Something like a really bad accident or mission gone wrong.

- Mpreg, with either of them being the one who is pregnant. I especially like when it is a surprise that neither of them expected to be possible, and built into the world somehow. Either an alien biology thing or a clone body thing. Space magic is also good. I have a ton of more specific prompts in my kidfic exchange letter.

- Sex pollen, especially the mutual pining variation, or the only one partner affected variation. Maybe Keith's galra side makes him susceptible or immune.

- They are held captive together, maybe they landed on a planet that had not yet had contact with alien life and end up held in an area 51-type facility.

- They are in a building, ship, space station, etc and it is burning or collapsing and Keith gets pinned by the rubble. In order to have any hope of getting Keith out alive, Shiro has to cut off the limb that is pinned (I am thinking a leg, but an arm is also good), leading to feelings about the loss of his arm and concern that Keith blames him on some level for making the decision he did while taking care of Keith during his recovery. Keith doesn't blame him and is glad to be alive, even if what had to happen really sucks.

- Shiro rescuing Keith.

- Proposal or wedding. I have a lot of more specific wedding/marriage prompts in my just married letter.

- Wedding night/honeymoon

- Exploring space together during peace time.

- One of them rescues a baby or toddler on a mission and gets attached and ends up keeping them. I prefer for the kid to be at least humanoid, no weird little squids.

- A retired but very bored Shiro showing up on Keith's doorstep looking for adventure. Building a relationship from there.

- Sickfic, either a standard illness or one of them was poisoned. Maybe Keith was targeted for being Galra.

I like this ship as a slow burn friends to lovers sort of relationship. The kind where everyone thinks they are dating long before they actually are. You don't have to write it as having happened that way though, as long as you don't age Yuri down at all.

Fic Prompts

- Otabek coming to Russia to train

- One of them finds himself having to take a season off due to an unplanned pregnancy, the other promises to win for all three of them. I'm fine with A/B/O or just making the world a little bit more magical and mysterious.

- Yuri P. has a growth spurt and is suddenly awkward on his long legs and taller than Otabek.

- Hiding from the press.

- One of them has to take a season off due to an injury. The injury could happen on or off the ice. (I'm thinking something like a broken leg, but I'm sure whatever you decide to write will be great)

- Pre-relationship Yuri discovers in-universe RPF of him and Otabek and can't stop reading it in secret.

I don't have a lot to say about this ship because it is pretty much already canon. I love them as they are and would enjoy both missing scenes and post-canon looks at their relationship.

- One of them has to take a season off due to an injury, the injury could have happened on or off the ice. If it is Victor it might mean knowing he was at the end of his career anyway and will be retiring due to the injury. (Well, retiring again.)

- Unplanned pregnancy, either in an A/B/O AU (the type that is just a thin justification for heat sex and mpreg) or because the world is just a little bit more magical and mysterious. This may mean early retirement or taking a season off for the one who is pregnant, or it may happen far enough into the future for him to have already retired.

It turns out all I needed was a guy to ship him with! I like Mako/Wu as sort of an oddball opposites attract type ship that from the outside looks like it shouldn't work, but they complete each other in ways that might not seem obvious at first.

Maybe they are anticipating a bad reaction from the press so they keep their marriage a secret, but are relieved when they are finally found out and the reaction is more positive than they anticipated and they no longer have to live with the stress of pretending to not be married. For art, maybe a newspaper picture?

Wu is having difficulty abdicating the throne, so he comes up with the plan to make himself ineligible for the throne instead. Marrying a firebender (or peasant, or united republic citizen, whatever direction you decide to go with is fine) should do the trick.

♥ Accidental Marriage Causes Scandal
They didn't actually mean to get married, but they can't say they are sorry it happened. Unfortunately the media and earth kingdom nobility feel robbed of their chance at attending a royal (or former-royal) wedding. This is another one where a newspaper or tabloid picture would be great.

Voltron Legendary Defender
Keith/Shiro
It is up to you if you would rather ignore Shiro's epilogue wedding (or even all of season 8, you will get no complaints from me if you want to just pretend that season never happened) or let Keith be Shiro's second husband. If you do keep the epilogue, please have Shiro and Curtis divorced before the start of the fic.

If taking an epilogue what epilogue (or season 8 what season 8) approach, I love it when these two idiots have been pining forever until something finally kicks them into action or they realize they are basically dating already.

If taking the entire series into account and going with a time skip to a time after Shiro's divorce, I strongly prefer if they have remained friends and Keith has had a life that wasn't just pining miserably and virginally after an oblivious married Shiro. I really hate the trend where they either don't speak for years, or Keith never dates. Let him have a couple failed relationships under his belt too.

I'm totally fine with either approach, they are different dynamics, but both dynamics are good.

For art, I think Keith's future look was the only thing I liked about the epilogue. The longer hair with a ponytail was great.

If going with mpreg being unheard of, Shiro's clone body makes the most sense as the reason. For wedding night conception, maybe pregnancy is a common result of Galra bonding ceremonies. It could be fun if they didn't know it was possible, or if they knew and were taking precautions, but those precautions failed.

For art, I would like pictures of the non-pregnant character taking care of the pregnant character (back or foot rubs, bringing him food, attending a prenatal appointment together, or whatever else you can think of) or paying special, loving attention to the baby bump or doing tasks to prepare for the baby like painting the nursery or putting the crib together.

Please dont feminize the pregnant character through things like breast growth or frilly maternity clothes. They should still look like men.

I would prefer for the kid to be human, Galra, or Altean (or some combo of those three, a half-galra like Keith would be great)

For art, if you are going with a Galra child, I prefer the Galra who look like Krolia, not fuzzy, no huge bat ears, no tail. A very casual wedding ceremony or courthouse wedding with the child present, or just the two of them spending time with the baby/kid, maybe one of them returning from a mission and nervously introducing the kid to the other.

♥ People Stuck in Time Loop Get Married and then Time Loop Ends Unexpectedly
They are stuck in a time loop and after a while become bored and start taking advantage of the lack of long term consequences to do things they might otherwise spend a little longer thinking through. After they get married (I'm picturing like a drunken vegas wedding here) the time loop unexpectedly ends.

I love the idea of Romelle being the one to pursue Krolia, with Krolia maybe being unsure at first about the age gap and worried about what Keith would think. After all, Romelle is about her son's age and that might be weird.
